Manly resident Andy Vogt took this breathtaking photo of MH30 going to assist a vessel by the name of Diva.
Diva was escorted from off-shore at Dee Why into the safety of Sydney Harbour without incident by MH30 and crew. The seas were 3-4 meters with winds gusting 40-50 knots. Diva was taking on water while being overpowered by the wind and seas.
The Middle Harbour crew were master Bill Keleher, Joe Palos, Scott Archer.
